I am usually very weary of going to ANY dealer for work on my vehicle. Luckily when I called, John Swain answered the call. He and the staff there went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. My truck was in for a major repair and he kept me informed the whole time. Quick, thorough work at a fair price. She was very communicative throughout the whole buying process. She would even check in on days when there wasn’t a whole lot to check in. SUPERIOR is a good one-word description of this Service Dept. I dealt with Shelby to order the parts plus schedule the work on the cars, and Alex during the repair procedures.
Please keep in mind, I have been disappointed all too often. I manage a fleet of vehicles about 40 miles away from Siloam Springs. We have two Ford dealers located much closer, but they lack the simple technique of "taking care of the customer".

I recently purchased an new F-150 from Superior and it was such an easy and hassle free process. Carlos was the best sales guy I’ve ever worked with and I’ve bought lots of vehicles over the years. He was great at communicating and went above and beyond my expectations to get me the truck that I wanted. I had to drive the 45 minutes from Bentonville, but Carlos made the drive well worth it.
