Worked with Matt Legrand to look at some Rangers and Mavericks this afternoon. He wasn’t pushy and took the time to answer the questions I had. Ultimately I ended up not liking the numbers but otherwise it was a low stress shopping experience.

Just bought a 2026 F-250 here and the experience was genuinely efficient from start to finish. Terry was exactly what you want in a salesperson—no pressure, knew the truck inside and out, and communicated quickly every time I had a question. Ive shopped around a lot and 99% of salespeople didn't know much, if anything, about the trucks. Terry also offered to find a truck if they didn't have one available, also something that none of the other dealerships in NWA offered to do. Behind the scenes, Jeff and Justin did a great job structuring a solid deal and actually listened to how I wanted to handle financing. Jeff got things moving during a really busy week without any delays. Justin handled the warranty and paperwork; he got me a strong price on the extended warranty and wrapped up the paperwork faster than any deal I’ve done in the last 27 years. No wasted time, just a clean, professional and fun experience. Exactly how buying a truck should go.

I cannot say enough good things about the Superior Ford Service Department. I was about an hour away from home and on my way to Oklahoma City when my engine light came on, my vehicle started shutting down, and it would no longer accelerate. Thankfully, I was able to make it about seven miles to Superior Ford — and that turned out to be a huge blessing. So I have to say im a dedicated customer ! I have purchased 4 f150s and one big bronco from this dealer in the last 8 months and have bought 6 total from them. I will say for the most part they do work some good deals for me. I will stay a customer for life along as im taken care of. Terry does a great job selling me vehicles! One thing I was bummed about as a recurring Customer is I asked for a hat for free and was turned down lol maybe the 7th vehicle will get me a hat wink wink .. great people great attitudes and most importantly great deals ! Superior Ford provided the best experience I have ever had purchasing a new vehical. Ryan provided outstanding service! There were no surprises and absolutely NO dealer adds. Financing focused on finalizing the sale and not trying to increase the price with add ons. The only add was an extended warranty which I asked for. If you are tired of buying vehicals and paying thousands in worthless add ons you should try Superior.

I had a very fair experience here. Chad Wunderle and Scott Hamilton did a great job with the trade in and purchase.

Went to this dealership last fall looking for a particular model, was told they don’t have it and wouldn’t bother to look online at other dealerships to see if they had one in stock. Tried again in spring but the salesmen lacked motivation so I expanded my search and went to Tulsa but it sold before I could get there. Talked to Isaias and he helped me order the vehicle I wanted. Ordered in April and delivered in July. Isaiah kept me up to date and even sent a pic of my car while still on the trailer. Everything went smoothly in Tulsa. Ordered mud flaps and a hitch to be put on at Superior, dropped vehicle off before prescribed time and was called 4 hours later to be told they couldn’t do it today. Parts desk employees are nice, service people are vague on price and scheduling. Two strikes in my book..may have to drive 2 hours to Tulsa for service. Update 10/15 was contacted by Superior Ford to resolve unfinished installation. My husband had installed the hitch but it was getting too dark to finish. Technician installed module for hitch but mud flaps that I ordered at superior don’t fit the vehicle. My Ford Pass points were refunded and no charge for finishing the hitch. Thank you for making this right Superior.

I was about ready to make a great deal with another dealership, when I reached out to Superior (where I got the truck I ended up trading in). Rikki called after I inquired about a truck meeting the same criterion and asked if there was anything else (FX4, heated seats, etc.) not thinking I would be able to afford all of that. They not only found a better truck but beat the price difference after trade in AND had it on the lot the next day. My total time in the dealership was 1 hour, the process was completely painless, I felt comfortable, and now I’m driving the truck of my dreams with the capability I need. From a 1⭐️ to a 5⭐️: Superior Ford Went Above and Beyond I live in Oklahoma, just an hour from Superior Ford. Unfortunately, dealerships in Oklahoma don’t participate in the Ford Parts program, which means I can’t use my Ford Points to purchase parts online and have them shipped to a local dealership. When I received a discount offer from the Ford website, I decided to use my points and have the parts shipped to Superior Ford in Siloam Springs. Unfortunately, the parts arrived late and damaged. What I didn’t realize at the time is that the dealership acts merely as a middleman in this process. They don’t receive payment or sales credit for these orders, and they have no direct way to process refunds for parts purchased through the Ford website. Despite these challenges, the leadership at Superior Ford went above and beyond to make things right for me—even though the purchase didn’t go through them. I have to give huge kudos to Chris, who personally reached out to resolve the issue. His professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly impressive. I’m very grateful for his efforts and for the dealership’s willingness to step up in a situation where they weren’t at fault. This experience also highlights a significant issue with the Ford Parts and Ford Pass programs. These programs put dealerships in a tough spot with their poor execution, and it’s easy to see why some states refuse to participate. Thank you, Superior Ford, for turning this situation around. I’m now seriously considering making the drive to Superior for my next Ford purchase!
